When an order is placed, your order is placed in a queque to be made- any changes or additions to your order may change it's place in the queque.

Returns - Custom orders are final.  For all other purchases: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your (non-custom) items for a merchandise credit, minus the shipping cost.
