Shipping Information

**Due to an increase shipping costs via USPS, Flat Rate shipping is no longer an option - I am very sorry for the inconvenience!  Shipping is based on the weight of the package, with a small added handling fee. **

REGULAR ORDERING  POLICIES  **UPDATE 1/15/2013**

The shop will have new hours of operation.  To limit the amount of orders coming in so that you may receive your orders in a timely fashion, the Shop will open for orders on the 5th and 20th of each month.  Once the available number of orders has been received (may vary due to personal obligations/outside scheduling) that can be guaranteed for shipping prior to the next ordering date, the shop will close.  Inventory levels will reflect 'OUT OF STOCK'  so that shoppers will not be able to checkout until the shop is reopen for ordering again.  You can get your shopping cart ready by placing your items you would like in the cart, and then waiting until Inventory is restored and you are able to checkout.

REGULAR SHIPPING POLICIES

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday (local Post office Closed on Saturdays)

Packages are shipped to the address provided to Paypal for shipping. If you need the package shipped to a different address than your standard Paypal address, please change it in Paypal. Packages must be shipped to the address provided by Paypal to be protected under Paypal's protection rules.

Your order will ship once all items in your order are complete.  If your purchase includes a combination of made-to-order and ready to ship items, your ready-to-ship items will not ship until the made-to-order items are ready.  If you would like your ready-to-ship items to ship right away, please purchase them in a separate transaction.

Most items are made to order - depending on order volume, production averages between 2-4 weeks.  If you need your order sooner than that, you must make arrangements prior to ordering, or purchase a RUSH listing, when available

Items Marked READY TO SHIP usually ship within 48 business Hours (Monday through Friday)

Domestic Purchases:

Orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless you purchase upgraded shipping.  Packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, which is not the same as tracking - at times, the post office does not scan while the package is in route to its destination.  When your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email from Paypal with shipping information.

International Purchases: 

Orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless you purchase upgraded shipping.  First class Mail can take up to 4 weeks (or even longer) to reach it's destination.  There is no tracking available for First Class Mail.  If you would like to purchase postage that includes tracking and faster (usually within 1 week)  postal services, prices average approximately $30 (depending on your country), and you must contact us so that we may invoice you for the additional shipping fee.
